Shipping Information

We aim to handle orders quickly and efficiently, with most orders being dispatched within 24-48 hours. If this differs for any reason, you will be notified immediately.

UK Free delivery on all orders

UK Royal Mail tracked 24 -£4.65

UK Royal Mail tracked 24, (1-2 working days). Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

UK Royal Mail tracked 48 - Free

UK Royal Mail tracked 48, (3-5 working days). Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Please Note, we currently only ship to the UK at present.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 5pm on the following day.

we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. You will be informed if there are any unexpected delays.

During sales or busy periods delivery may take 3-4 working days.

 

Receiving Your Order

Use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the delivery. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.

Jerne by Jodie does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company, by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location, such as a “safe place” or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track this via www.royalmail.com by entering your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Jerne by Jodie is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
