Returns
Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days after purchase of goods. We offer store credits & exchanges for the value of your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash returns. For all refunds and exchanges we require proof of purchase.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
Due to hygienic purposes, we do not refund or exchange any earrings.
If you experience any fault with your jewellery, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Any damage incurred by the customer from misuse will not be exchanged or offered a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original gift packaging.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see jewellery care under each product to avoid this.
